Rhonda established LivWell Seniors in 2012 after experiencing the difficulties and stress that comes with having to identify and select appropriate eldercare solutions for a loved one. As she navigated through the myriad of unexpected challenges, questions, and potential options, Rhonda recognized the need for a knowledgeable and trusted advocate. Rhonda and her team have over 40 years of industry experience, helping hundreds of families identify the right options for their unique circumstances. “My greatest joy comes when those families I have assisted express to me that I gave them a renewed sense of hope and the guidance they really needed to get through this journey. I strive to ensure that EVERY family I assist feels my genuine desire to help them find the appropriate senior living solution.”
In her fourth year at LivWell Seniors, Erica has close to ten years’ experience in the Quad Cities senior living industry, and she is a self-proclaimed senior living expert in the Quad City area as she has lived and worked in the QC her entire life. “My days do not feel like work because I am genuinely rewarded for helping people during what has been described as the most overwhelming and stressful time in their lives—it is truly an honor to help! I am fortunate I can put my passions and skills to good work by volunteering in organizations I care about including numerous opportunities through our local Alzheimer’s Association, the QC Chamber and participating in all types of wellness seminars.”
Marcie comes to LivWell with close to 20 years in the healthcare arena. She utilizes her experience to assist and educate caregivers and families. “I am so passionate about the work that I get to do every day. It feels like I have come full circle with my experience and am able to do what I love the most, which is helping those in the planning stage as well as in emergent situations find the best solutions they can with the most ease. I enjoy going through every step of the journey with them and by their side from finding placement, finding financial resources, and seeing the loved one and their caregivers flourish with the final step of a safe and secure living environment.”
A native Iowan with a big heart and a passion for helping others, Kelly knows the importance of finding exceptional care for loved ones. Kelly came to LivWell with almost 20 years of healthcare experience, 17 of which she spent as a head pharmacist. Working in retail pharmacy, she was able to develop strong relationships with her senior customers and an acute understanding of their needs. "With my deep passion for seniors and eldercare, LivWell is the perfect opportunity to build upon my healthcare experience and work with a population I love and respect. Helping loved ones find a living situation that is best suited for them is a service that I truly believe in, and I’m honored to be in a position to help make that a reality for them and their families."
After earning her A.A.S. in Administrative and Office Support, Angie joined LivWell Seniors in October 2018 to realize her passion for helping people who help people. Angie is focused on assisting LivWell Seniors’ with their administrative needs. “For me, doing the work behind the scenes that enables LivWell Seniors’ Senior Resource Specialists help more seniors and their families find the right senior living solution for them is the most rewarding part of the job. I love helping people stay organized and be prepared.”
